Steve Jobs had very high expectations, and only took the best for the Apple company. If his team did not reach his goals then he would yell and blame everything on everyone but him. His co-workers generally liked his ideas because they knew as unpleasant as he was sometimes, he still had the best for Apple in his mind, and they trusted his ideas. He had a way of persuading people to believe and work for what he believed.
